Yunnan Mountain Honey

High above the ancient city of Dali, the Cangshan mountain range rises to over 4,000 metres, its slopes covered in pristine forests and alpine meadows. It is here, in this untouched wilderness, that our beekeepers place their hives — far from agricultural pesticides and industrial pollution.

The bees forage freely among wildflowers, azaleas, and medicinal herbs, producing a honey of extraordinary complexity. Each jar captures the essence of the mountain: floral, slightly tangy, with herbal undertones that change subtly with the seasons. Because we never heat or filter our honey, it retains all of its natural enzymes, pollen, and propolis — the compounds that give raw honey its legendary health benefits.

Note: Raw honey crystallises naturally over time. This is a sign of quality, not spoilage. Simply place the jar in warm water to liquefy if desired.
