Excellent with green tea or jasmine tea
In the ancient city of Dali, surrounded by the azure waters of Erhai Lake and the snow-capped Cangshan range, rose cultivation has been an art for centuries. The region's high altitude, abundant sunshine, and pure mountain air produce some of China's most fragrant edible roses.
Our rose cakes are made the traditional way â a painstakingly layered flaky pastry wrapped around a filling of fresh rose petals, gently sweetened with rock sugar. Each bite releases the unmistakable perfume of Dali roses: floral, delicate, and never cloying.
Serving Suggestion: Enjoy slightly warm (10 seconds in a microwave) with a cup of Pu'er or jasmine tea. Perfect for afternoon tea or as a thoughtful gift.
